Pumpkin Yogurt Panna Cottas

Indulge in Italian-inspired pumpkin panna cottas made with creamy Yoplait® yogurt for a decadent dessert experience.
Ingredients:
  • 4 containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® Light Thick 'n Creamy French vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup pumpkin pie mix (not plain pumpkin)
  • 1 envelope (1/4 oz) unflavored gelatin (about 1 tablespoon)
  • 1/2 cup fat-free (skim) milk
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Combine yogurt and pumpkin pie mix in a large bowl; set aside. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup of milk; let it soften for 1 minute.
  • Heat the remaining 1/4 cup of milk in a 1-quart saucepan until boiling, then remove from heat. Whisk in the softened gelatin until dissolved, then combine with the yogurt mixture. Divide the mixture among six 6-oz custard cups, cover, and refrigerate until firm, approximately 4 hours.
  • To serve, gently loosen the panna cottas by running a knife around the edges of the custard cups. Invert the cups onto dessert plates, remove them, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Any leftover panna cottas can be covered and refrigerated for later.
