Pumpkin spice muffins: perfect fall morning treat with a kick!
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup raisins
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F and lightly grease the bottoms of 12 regular-size muffin cups or line them with paper baking cups.
  • Gently combine all ingredients, except the raisins, until just moistened. Fold in the raisins and fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
  • Bake until golden brown, then remove from pan right away.
