Easy beef and cheese dip: Brown meat, toss in slow cooker for a crowd-pleasing appetizer.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (1 pound) loaf processed cheese (such as Velveeta®), cubed
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 4 (10 ounce) cans diced tomatoes with green chile peppers (such as RO*TEL®)
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning
Instructions:
  • Add processed cheese and milk to the cozy embrace of a slow cooker.
  • In a hot skillet, brown the beef until crumbly and no longer pink. Discard any excess grease.
  • Combine diced tomatoes and flavorful taco seasoning with the savory ground beef, allowing the mixture to reach a delightful boil.
  • Combine the ground beef mixture in the slow cooker with the milk and processed cheese, stirring well.
  • Cook on High for about 1 hour or until the cheese is melted.
