Crispy, seasoned home fries - a delicious, easy breakfast or brunch side for egg lovers.
Ingredients:
  • 3 medium russet potatoes, cubed
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Assemble all your ingredients.
  • After finely dicing the potatoes, gently rinse them under cold water and ensure they are well drained.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the potatoes, season with salt and pepper, mix thoroughly, cover, and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Uncover and continue cooking, flipping regularly, until golden and crispy all around, approximately 10 minutes more.
