Quick and decadent chocolate-hazelnut mousse with customizable toppings. Ready in 15 minutes, this indulgent dessert is perfect for satisfying sweet cravings.
Ingredients:
  • 100g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 300ml thickened cream, chilled
  • 165g hazelnuts
  • Crumbled Flake chocolate bar, to serve
Instructions:
  • Melt dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, making sure the bowl doesn’t touch the water. Stir with a metal spoon until melted, then let it cool for 5 mins.
  • Whip the cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form in a large bowl. Incorporate the hazelnut spread until just combined. Stir in the melted chocolate gently to marble using a large metal spoon.
  • Divide the mousse evenly into serving glasses. Top with crumbled Flake bar and serve right away for an irresistible treat.
