Grilled lamb chops with pineapple slaw - quick and delicious family favorite ready in under 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 pineapple, peeled, thinly sliced
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 12 Lamb Loin Chops
  • 400g pkt American BBQ Slaw Kit
  • Lemon wedges, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat a barbecue grill or chargrill on high heat. Grill the pineapple for 1-2 minutes on each side until charred. Remove from the grill and let it cool on a plate.
  • In a shallow glass or ceramic dish, mix together the oil and garlic. Add the lamb and coat it well. Grill for 3 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Transfer the lamb to a plate, cover, and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Prepare the slaw kit in a large bowl according to the packet directions. Add pineapple, toss gently to mix, and season with your favorite seasonings.
  • Present the succulent lamb alongside a vibrant slaw mixture and fresh lemon wedges.
