Ingredients:
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.75 cup shortening
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages instant lemon pudding mix
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) for a perfectly cooked dish.
  • Sift the flour together with the baking soda and salt. Cream the shortening, then mix in the sugar and pudding mix until light and fluffy. Blend in the eggs and mix well, followed by the flour mixture until fully combined. Drop teaspoonfuls of dough onto greased baking sheets.
  • Place the dish in the already hot oven and let it bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
