Impress your family with a simple spinach quiche made effortlessly with pre-made pie crusts.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (15 ounce) package refrigerated pie crusts
  • 4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (12 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • 12 eggs
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place a crust in each of the 9-inch pie plates, then cover them with a double layer of aluminum foil and weigh down with pie weights or dried beans.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until the crust's edge turns golden, about 10 minutes. Remove foil and weights, then bake until the crust sets, about 5 minutes more. Let the crusts cool briefly, then reduce oven temperature to 350°F (175°C).
  • Evenly distribute cheese, spinach, and onion on the crusts. Mix eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together and divide equally between the crusts.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown and firm in the center, approximately 45 minutes.
