A summer sherbet cake bursting with flavors of orange, raspberry, and lime, sandwiched between layers of fluffy angel food cake.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (9 inch) angel food cake
  • 1 pint orange sherbet, softened
  • 1 pint raspberry sherbet, softened
  • 1 pint lime sherbet, softened
  • 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions:
  • Cut the angel food cake into four layers. Start by placing the bottom layer on a serving plate, then evenly spread orange sherbet on top. Continue layering with remaining cake, raspberry sherbet, lime sherbet, and finish with the final cake layer. Frost the sides and top with whipped topping, then chill in the freezer for 1 hour until firm.
