Raspberry, mint and orange iced tea

Refreshing raspberry-mint-orange tea infusion perfect for warm spring days.
Ingredients:
  • 4 raspberry, strawberry and loganberry flavour infusion teabags
  • 1 litre boiling water
  • 4 small oranges
  • 750ml bottle sparkling apple juice, chilled
  • 250.00 ml frozen raspberries
  • 125.00 ml fresh mint sprigs
  • Ice cubes, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a large heatproof jug, add teabags and pour in boiling water. Let it infuse for 5 minutes, then remove and discard the teabags. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour until cold.
  • Squeeze the juice from 3 oranges to yield 1 cup of juice. Then, thinly slice the remaining orange.
  • Right before serving, mix in vibrant sparkling apple juice, orange juice, sliced oranges, fresh raspberries, and fragrant mint with the tea. Stir gently to blend flavors. Finally, top it off with ice.
