Raspberry, mint and orange iced tea

This refreshing raspberry, mint, and orange tea infusion is perfect for spring and will leave you feeling cool and rejuvenated.
Ingredients:
  • 4 raspberry, strawberry and loganberry flavour infusion teabags
  • 1 litre boiling water
  • 4 small oranges
  • 750ml bottle sparkling apple juice, chilled
  • 250.00 ml frozen raspberries
  • 125.00 ml fresh mint sprigs
  • Ice cubes, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a spacious heatproof jug, place the teabags and add boiling water. Let it sit for 5 minutes to infuse flavors. Remove and discard teabags, then refrigerate for 1 hour until chilled.
  • Squeeze the juice from 3 oranges until you have 1 cup of juice. Thinly slice the remaining orange.
  • To elevate the final presentation, gently pour in the sparkling apple juice and orange juice, while adding slices, raspberries, and fresh mint to the tea. Give it a delicate stir to blend the flavors before adding ice.
