Gut-friendly smoothie with banana, raspberry, oats, and yogurt - a tasty treat with added health benefits.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 fresh or frozen medium banana (approx. 55g)
  • Handful ice
  • 50g beetroot
  • 82.50 ml frozen raspberries
  • 2.50 gm unsweetened cocoa powder, plus extra to serve
  • 250ml milk
  • 100g plain, low fat Greek yoghurt
  • 25g rolled oats
  • 3 tsp chia seeds
Instructions:
  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender and puree until silky smooth. Serve and enjoy!
