Indulge in the Christmas tradition with ripe, juicy raspberries.
Ingredients:
  • 3 x 125g punnets raspberries
  • 40.00 ml Frangelico liqueur
  • 20.00 gm caster sugar
Instructions:
  • Combine raspberries, Frangelico, and sugar in a small saucepan over medium-high heat until simmering. Lower heat to medium and simmer for 2 minutes, until raspberries are soft and liquid has reduced. Cool before using.
  • Puree the mixture with a stick blender until it is effortlessly smooth, then transfer it to an airtight bottle and store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
