Indulge in refreshing, fruity ice pops with fun shapes.
Ingredients:
  • 125.00 ml frozen raspberries
  • 375.00 ml Greek Style Yoghurt
  • 70.95 gm caster sugar
  • 2.20 gm vanilla essence
Instructions:
  • In a food processor or blender, combine raspberries, 1/2 cup yogurt, and 2 tablespoons sugar. Blend until smooth and the sugar has dissolved. Pour the mixture into a 6-hole ice-block mould with 125ml capacity each. Freeze for 2 hours or until firm.
  • In a small bowl, combine the remaining yoghurt, sugar, and vanilla until the sugar has dissolved. Pour the mixture over the frozen raspberry layer, leaving a 5mm gap at the top for expansion. Cover the moulds with lids and freeze overnight or until firm.
  • Unmold the frozen treats and enjoy!
