Indulge in decadent raspberry dark chocolate brownies for a sweet treat.
Ingredients:
  • 200g butter, chopped
  • 200g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • 250g brown sugar
  • 80g plain flour
  • 60g cocoa powder
  • 200g raspberries
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 160C and prepare a 20cm x 30cm slice pan by greasing and lining it with baking paper, ensuring the paper hangs over the long edges.
  • In a medium saucepan, gently melt the butter and chocolate over low heat, stirring occasionally until smooth. Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
  • In a big bowl, mix eggs and sugar until well combined. Sift flour and cocoa over the egg mixture, gently fold in. Slowly pour in chocolate mixture, stir to combine.
  • Transfer the mixture into the pan and generously sprinkle raspberries on top. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until cooked through. Allow it to cool completely before cutting it into 12 pieces for serving.
