Easy 3-ingredient raspberry jam recipe, no pectin needed, makes a big batch of delicious jam.
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups mashed raspberries
  • 4 cups white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
Instructions:
  • In a large pot, gently boil raspberries for 4 minutes. Stir in sugar and lemon juice, then return to a vigorous boil, stirring constantly, for another 4 minutes.
  • Take the pot off the heat and transfer the jam into sterilized jars, ensuring there is a 1/4-inch space left at the top of each jar.
  • Place the jars in a boiling water bath, ensuring they are submerged under at least 1 inch of water. Allow them to sit for 5 minutes.
  • Place the jars in a draft-free area without touching and allow them to cool for 8 hours to overnight.
