Elevate Mother's Day with a zesty raspberry lemonade.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 70.95 gm caster sugar
  • 500.00 ml frozen raspberries, partially thawed
  • 2 litres lemonade, chilled
  • 8 sprigs fresh mint
Instructions:
  • To make the glasses extra special, gently rub the rims of 8 glasses with a zesty lemon. Spread a layer of sugar on a plate and dip the rims of the glasses to coat them in a sweet sparkle. Pop glasses in the freezer to chill.
  • Place fresh raspberries in a bowl and gently crush them using a fork. Transfer the crushed raspberries into a large jug, then add lemonade and stir well to combine. Pour the mixture into chilled glasses, top with fresh mint, and serve.
