Elevate Mother's Day with zesty raspberry lemonade.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 70.95 gm caster sugar
  • 500.00 ml frozen raspberries, partially thawed
  • 2 litres lemonade, chilled
  • 8 sprigs fresh mint
Instructions:
  • Gently coat the rims of 8 glasses with lemon to enhance the flavor. Spread sugar on a plate and dip the moistened rims in it for a sweet touch. Chill the glasses in the freezer for a refreshing presentation.
  • In a bowl, delicately crush raspberries with a fork. Transfer to a large jug and add lemonade. Stir well, then pour into chilled glasses. Garnish with fresh mint before serving.
