Decadent brownies with rich chocolate chips and creamy whipped cream for the ultimate chocolate lover's delight.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons seedless red raspberry jam
  • 1 box (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Delights Supreme Original Brownie Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and egg called for on brownie mix box
  • 3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup plus 2 teaspoons whipping cream
  • 1 cup from 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Cream Cheese Frosting
  • Fresh raspberries, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (or 325°F for a dark or nonstick pan) and grease the bottom of an 8-inch square pan with shortening or cooking spray. Prepare and bake the brownies following the instructions on the box. Allow them to cool completely on a rack for about 1 1/2 hours.
  • Place 3/4 cup of chocolate chips, 2/3 cup of whipping cream, and raspberry jelly in a medium microwavable bowl. Microwave uncovered on High for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until chocolate is melted. Mix until smooth (some jam may still be undissolved). Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Spread the frosting over the chocolate mixture and beat with an electric mixer on high speed for 1 to 2 minutes until fluffy. Smooth the mixture over the cooled brownies.
  • Microwave 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips and 2 teaspoons of whipping cream in a small microwavable bowl on High for 20 to 30 seconds. Stir once until smooth. Transfer the mixture into a resealable plastic bag, partially seal it, and cut a small tip from one corner. Drizzle the chocolate over the frosting and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours until set.
  • Slice the mixture into 12 squares, then cut each square in half diagonally to create triangles. Top with fresh raspberries for a touch of colorful garnish.
