Try this irresistible raspberry smoothie! Quick and kid-friendly. Let them make it solo.
Ingredients:
  • 300g packet frozen raspberries, plus extra to serve
  • 200g tub natural low fat yoghurt
  • 257.50 gm low fat milk, chilled
  • Ice, to serve
  • Assorted fresh berries, to serve
  • Drizzle of honey, optional
Instructions:
  • In a food processor, blend together the vibrant raspberries, creamy yogurt, and rich milk until smooth.
  • Blend mixture until velvety. Divulge over ice, gently crushed if desired, into 4 tall glasses for presentation. Garnish with additional raspberries, as desired.
