Transform your go-to fruit smoothie into delectable raspberry coconut balls.
Ingredients:
  • 105g raspberry
  • 90g rolled oats
  • 60g shredded coconut
  • 60g coconut oil
  • 20.00 ml sunflower seeds
Instructions:
  • Combine raspberries, rolled oats, shredded coconut, coconut oil, and sunflower seeds in a food processor and blend until smooth and fully mixed.
  • Roll 2 tablespoons of the raspberry mixture into balls and chill on a lined tray for 1 hour until firm. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
