Kid-friendly raspberry smoothie that's quick and easy for little chefs to whip up on their own.
Ingredients:
  • 300g packet frozen raspberries, plus extra to serve
  • 200g tub natural low fat yoghurt
  • 257.50 gm low fat milk, chilled
  • Ice, to serve
  • Assorted fresh berries, to serve
  • Drizzle of honey, optional
Instructions:
  • In a food processor, blend together the raspberries, yogurt, and milk until smooth.
  • Blend until velvety. Distribute over ice, crushed if desired, among 4 tall glasses. Garnish with additional raspberries, if desired.
