Ingredients:
  • 500.00 ml frozen raspberries
  • 328.13 gm apple juice
  • 125.00 ml Greek Style Yoghurt
Instructions:
  • In a blender, combine raspberries and apple juice until smooth. Divide 1/4 cup yoghurt between 2 large chilled glasses. Pour raspberry mixture over the yoghurt. Swirl the yoghurt through the raspberry mixture with a spoon. Serve immediately.
