Ingredients:
  • 130g yoghurt
  • 28.60 gm runny honey
  • 62.50 ml ice cubes
  • 60ml water
  • 70g frozen raspberries
Instructions:
  • In a blender, blend together Vaalia Natural Yoghurt, honey, ice cubes, and iced water until smooth. Pour into a jug.
  • Blend frozen raspberries in a clean blender until smooth.
  • Drizzle raspberry puree along the sides of 2 tall glasses, then pour in the yogurt mixture and gently swirl using a swizzle stick or skewer.
