Impressive and elegant appetizer.
Ingredients:
  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 (8 ounce) round Brie cheese
  • 0.33333334326744 cup seedless raspberry jam
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with aluminum foil and lightly greasing it with cooking spray.
  • Place the puff pastry on the baking sheet. Center the Brie wheel, spread the jam, sprinkle walnuts, then fold the pastry over, sealing it completely.
  • Bake until the pastry turns a beautiful golden brown color, approximately 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
