Indulge in the perfect fusion of sweet tarts and baklava for a delectable treat.
Ingredients:
  • 80g walnuts, toasted
  • 2.50 gm ground cinnamon
  • 1.25 gm ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • 80g brown sugar
  • 12 sheets frozen filo pastry, thawed
  • 100g unsalted butter, melted
  • 280g yoghurt
  • 240g sour cream
  • 2 x 125g punnets raspberries
  • Icing sugar, to dust
  • Honey, to drizzle
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C and generously grease six 12cm loose-bottomed tart pans.
  • Finely chop nuts, spices, and brown sugar in a food processor by pulsing.
  • Place 1 filo sheet on a clean surface, covering the rest with a damp tea towel. Gently brush with butter and sprinkle on 2 teaspoons of the nut mixture. Add another filo sheet, repeat the process with butter and nut mixture. Fold in half to create a 24cm square, trim any excess edges if necessary. Brush the top with butter. Press the pastry into a tart pan, then fold and crimp the edges to make a 1.5cm-wide rim. Brush the top with more butter, cover with a damp tea towel, and repeat the process with the remaining filo, butter, and nuts to make a total of 6 tarts. Arrange them on a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes, or until crisp and golden. Allow them to cool in the pans.
  • Carefully remove the tart cases and place them on individual plates. Mix the yoghurt and cream together, then fill the tarts with the mixture. Add the berries on top, sprinkle with icing sugar, drizzle with honey, and serve.
