Raspberry White Chocolate Mousse

Indulgent white chocolate mousse topped with tangy raspberry sauce, a perfect airy and creamy treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen raspberries, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons orange liqueur
  • 1.75 cups heavy whipping cream, divided
  • 6 ounces white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 drop red food coloring
Instructions:
  • Blend the berries until smooth, then strain the mixture to remove seeds. Combine with sugar and liqueur, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Enjoy your 1 cup of delicious raspberry sauce.
  • In a heavy saucepan, gently heat 1/4 cup cream and white chocolate together, stirring constantly until the chocolate melts. Allow the mixture to cool to lukewarm. Add 1 tablespoon raspberry sauce and food coloring, then transfer the mixture to a large bowl.
  • Whip 1 1/2 cups of cream in a cold glass or metal bowl using an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the melted chocolate mixture in three additions until fully combined.
  • Assemble in parfait dishes and drizzle with the remaining raspberry sauce before serving.
