Delicious raw vegan broccoli salad with raisins, nuts, and creamy agave dressing - ideal for any meal or gathering.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup vegan mayonnaise (such as Vegenaise®), or more to taste
  • 0.33333334326744 cup agave nectar
  • 0.25 cup white vinegar
  • 1 large head broccoli, finely chopped
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 0.33333334326744 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
  • Combine vegan mayonnaise, agave nectar, and vinegar in a large bowl, blending well. Add broccoli, carrots, red onion, bell peppers, raisins, and walnuts, tossing to coat evenly.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours before serving.
