Raw broccoli salad

Ingredients:
  • 1-1 1/2 heads broccoli
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 40.00 ml fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 56.88 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 1.20 gm of sea salt
Instructions:
  • Finely chop several broccoli florets at a time, then incorporate 2 garlic cloves into the mix and chop together.
  • Continue chopping the broccoli until it is finely diced into pieces measuring between 1/2cm and 1cm.
  • Transfer the broccoli to a spacious bowl. Combine with the remaining ingredients, and stir thoroughly using a metal spoon.
  • Chill the broccoli in the fridge for one hour.
  • Enjoy the refreshing raw broccoli salad as a delightful side dish with chicken, seafood, or as a satisfying standalone dish.
