Crunchy sprouts, zesty dressing, creamy avocado - a satisfying and flavorful salad.
Ingredients:
  • 1000.00 ml mixed green salad leaves, tightly packed
  • 500.00 ml sprouts such as broccoli, sunflower, snowpea or alfalfa
  • 2 medium cucumbers, chopped
  • 1 avocado, cubed
  • 20.00 ml chia seeds
  • 20.00 ml sunflower seeds
  • 20.00 ml pumpkin seeds
  • Fresh curly parsley, to serve
  • 21.00 gm lemon juice
  • 30.00 ml raw apple cider vinegar
  • 56.88 gm cold pressed olive oil
  • 1/2 heaped tbsp wholegrain mustard
  • Himalayan pink salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
  • Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss together.
  • Combine the dressing ingredients in a screw-top jar, shake until smooth. Drizzle over the salad, mix well, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
