Delicious cherry and raspberry crumble nestled in a buttery graham cracker crust.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 cup quick cooking oats
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Combine fresh, vibrant raspberries and cherries with a sprinkle of sugar in a saucepan, cooking over medium heat until they soften and meld together beautifully. Set aside off the heat. In a separate bowl, blend together hearty oats, rich brown sugar, fragrant cinnamon, and luscious melted butter for a delightful mix.
  • Gently transfer the fruit into the pie crust using a slotted spoon, being mindful of excess juice. Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the filling.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the oats are golden brown and crunchy.
