Sun-dried tomato pesto: Bold flavors of Parmesan, basil, pine nuts, and garlic create a vibrant sauce for pasta or chicken.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, or to taste
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.66666668653488 cup olive oil
  • 0.5 cup pine nuts
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 0.5 lemon, juiced
Instructions:
  • In a blender, combine basil leaves, sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, pine nuts, and garlic. Blend until smooth. Stir in lemon juice, and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
