Red Snapper Teriyaki

Succulent vegetables and fresh fish coated in tangy teriyaki glaze for a burst of flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 pound red snapper or cod fillet, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 3 cups 1-inch pieces asparagus
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch strips
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki baste and glaze
Instructions:
  • Preheat a wok or a 12-inch skillet over high heat. Add oil and swirl to coat the sides. Add fish and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Then add asparagus and bell pepper, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
  • Add the savory teriyaki baste and glaze, and cook while stirring for just 30 seconds.
