Indulgent red velvet cookies with white chocolate chunks - perfect for holiday desserts!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) package red velvet cake mix
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups white chocolate chunks
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, whip butter with an electric mixer until fluffy. Gradually blend in cake mix and flour until mixed. Incorporate egg and beat thoroughly. Fold in white chocolate chunks until fully combined, about 1 minute.
  • Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 1 minute, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely, about 25 to 30 minutes.
