Indulgent red wine sauce with cinnamon and vanilla, perfect drizzled over ice cream or paired with berries and cream.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 (750 milliliter) bottle pinot noir wine
  • 0.5 cup white sugar, or more to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, mix wine, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon together. Simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens, around 30 minutes.
