Quick and flavorful homemade dill pickles infused with garlic, ready to enjoy in 3 days.
Ingredients:
  • 3.5 cups water
  • 1.25 cups white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 4 cups cucumber spears
  • 2 cloves garlic, whole
  • 2 heads fresh dill
Instructions:
  • Prepare all your ingredients.
  • Combine water, vinegar, sugar, and sea salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
  • Place cucumber spears, garlic cloves, and fresh dill in a spacious glass or plastic container with a secure lid.
  • Drizzle the chilled vinegar mixture on top of the cucumbers, garlic, and dill.
  • Cover the container tightly with its lid and chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 3 days.
