Homemade Twin Bing® candy bars: Peanut chocolate base with marshmallow cherry chip filling.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 0.66666668653488 cup evaporated milk
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 12 large marshmallows
  • 0.75 cup cherry baking chips
  • 1 (12 ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips
  • 0.75 cup peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons butter, divided
  • 10 ounces crushed peanuts
Instructions:
  • Combine sugar, evaporated milk, and 1/2 cup of butter in a pot and bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows, cherry chips, and vanilla extract until well combined. Allow to cool.
  • Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir in peanut butter and butter until smooth. Add and mix in crushed peanuts until coated.
  • Transfer half of the chocolate mixture into a buttered 9x13-inch pan, ensuring the bottom is fully covered. Spread the cherry filling mixture on top of the chocolate and distribute evenly. Pour the rest of the chocolate mixture on top. Allow it to cool for about 30 minutes. Cut into bars when fully cooled.
