Easily cook Arborio rice in a rice cooker for a versatile base to pair with sautéed veggies or protein.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups Arborio rice
  • 4.5 cups hot chicken stock
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Add the rice and warm chicken stock to the rice cooker.
  • Once the cycle is complete and shifts to the Keep Warm setting, allow the rice to rest with the lid on for an additional 10 minutes until fully tender.
  • Generously dust the rice with Parmesan cheese and gently fold it in.
