Rich chocolate fudge sauce

Ingredients:
  • 150g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 125mls (1/2 cup) thin cream
  • 32.00 gm soft brown sugar
  • 2.20 gm vanilla essence
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan over medium to low heat, melt the chocolate with cream, brown sugar, and vanilla essence, stirring until well combined.
  • Serve the dish warm or at room temperature, as the sauce will thicken as it cools. Store any leftovers in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 1 week.
