Roast beef with horseradish cream canapes

Delicious canapes for any celebration.
Ingredients:
  • 30cm long baguette thinly sliced into 20 slices
  • olive oil spray
  • 117.50 gm lite sour cream
  • 40.00 ml horseradish cream
  • salt and pepper.
  • 130g sliced rare roast beef, cut into thick strips
  • 20 basil leaves, to serve
  • Cracked black pepper, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 180°C. Arrange baguette slices on a baking tray, then coat with olive oil spray. Bake for 5 minutes or until lightly golden. While baking, mix sour cream and horseradish cream in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper. After the baguettes are done, spread each slice with a bit of the sour cream mixture, then add a strip of roast beef on top. Garnish with a basil leaf, season with cracked black pepper, and present on a serving platter.
