Elevate broccoflower with anchovies, zesty lemon, and a hint of fennel seeds.
Ingredients:
  • 1 head broccoflower, cut into large florets
  • 45g can anchovy fillets, drained, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 27.30 gm olive oil
  • 10.60 gm fresh lemon juice
  • 20.00 ml chopped fresh continental parsley
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200°C. Combine broccoflower, anchovy, fennel seeds, and 1 tablespoon of oil in a baking dish, ensuring everything is well mixed. Roast for 40-45 minutes until the broccoflower is tender.
  • Drizzle with tangy lemon juice and the rest of the flavorful oil. Season generously with salt and pepper. Sprinkle in the fragrant parsley and mix everything together. Serve in a beautiful dish.
