Whip up a quick and delicious 5-ingredient chicken noodle soup for dinner tonight!
Ingredients:
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 1kg Soup Starter Pack, cut into 2cm pieces
  • 2 7’s Stock Cubes Chicken Style
  • 250g Spaghetti No.1, broken into 5cm pieces
  • 1/2 (about 500g) Hot Roast Chicken, skin and bones removed, meat shredded
  • 1.5l water
Instructions:
  • In a large saucepan over medium heat, simmer the oil until shimmering. Introduce the vegetables and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they achieve a light golden brown color.
  • Add flavorful stock cubes and 6 cups (1.5L) water to the mixture. Gently incorporate the pasta, then bring the pot to a vigorous boil.
  • Simmer for 10 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the pasta is al dente. Add the chicken and simmer until heated through. Season to taste.
