Transform plain pumpkin with aromatic rosemary and red onion for a delightful flavor sensation.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 kg Kent pumpkin, unpeeled, deseeded, cut into wedges
  • 4 red onions, unpeeled, quartered
  • 20.00 ml chopped fresh rosemary
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C. Spread out the pumpkin and onion in a large roasting pan. Drizzle with oil and mix well to ensure everything is coated evenly.
  • Generously coat with fragrant rosemary. Roast in the oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until perfectly tender. Enjoy right away.
