Ingredients:
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 82.50 gm spread (dip, pesto, mayonnaise, etc)
  • Leftover roast vegetables (or cheeses, cooked meats,, beans, etc)
  • 2 slices of bread, toasted
Instructions:
  • Enhance the toasted bread by rubbing it with a sliced garlic clove or spreading with leftover dip, pesto, or mayonnaise. Pile on leftover roast vegetables, cheeses, cooked meats, tomatoes, and beans - the choice is yours!
