Roasted Beet and White Cheddar Pizza

Try this trendy artisan pizza with Pillsbury classic pizza crust for a quick and delicious meal!
Ingredients:
  • 3 medium beets, peeled, cut into 1/8-inch slices
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • Table salt to taste
  • 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Classic Crust Pizza Crust
  • Coarse sea salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (2 oz)
  • 1/2 cup fresh baby spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup shaved white Cheddar cheese (2 oz)
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Arrange beets in a single layer on the sheet. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of oil and sprinkle with salt. Roast for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tender. Let cool.
  • Prepare your pizza pan by giving it a quick spray with cooking spray or use a pizza stone if preferred. Unwrap the dough and lay it on the pan. Press the dough outwards from the center towards the edges of the pan. Brush the dough with the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil, sprinkle with sea salt, and layer with mozzarella cheese, spinach, roasted beets, and Cheddar cheese.
  • Bake until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly, about 13 to 15 minutes. Allow to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before cutting.
