A delicious blend of Brussels sprouts, parsnips, and onion tossed in balsamic vinaigrette with brown sugar and thyme.
Ingredients:
  • 0.33333334326744 cup balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing (such as Kraft®)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 pound parsnips, peeled
  • 1 large red onion, thickly sliced
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Combine the salad dressing, brown sugar, and thyme in a small bowl and mix well.
  • Combine Brussels sprouts, parsnips, and red onion in a 13x9-inch baking dish. Pour the dressing over the mixture and mix well to ensure all the vegetables are coated.
  • Roast in a hot oven until vegetables are tender, for about 40 minutes.
