Roasted Chicken Drummie Dinner

Savor delicious roasted chicken drumettes with Giant® Nibblers® corn-on-the-cob and veggies for a delightful dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 8 frozen corn-on-the-cob
  • 16 chicken drummettes (1 1/2 lb)
  • 8 small red potatoes, quartered
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup creamy mustard-mayonnaise sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic-pepper blend
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • Soak corn in a bowl of warm water for 15 to 20 minutes to partially thaw.
  • Preheat the oven to 425°F. Grease a 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray. Combine chicken drummettes, potatoes, and bell pepper in a large bowl.
  • Drain the corn and mix it with the chicken. Add the mustard-mayonnaise sauce, oil, garlic-pepper blend, and salt; toss until everything is well coated. Spread the mixture evenly in the pan.
  • Roast for 40 to 50 minutes, or until the chicken juices run clear when the thickest part of the meat is cut to the bone at 180°F, tossing and flipping the chicken and veggies once while baking.
