Ingredients:
  • 5 flat field mushrooms, stems removed & finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely diced
  • 1 tsp grated lemon rind
  • 10.60 gm lemon juice
  • 2 tsp mixed herbs (thyme and parsley), finely chopped
  • 60.00 gm butter
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Lightly coat a baking dish with oil and arrange mushrooms with gills facing up.
  • Combine diced mushroom stems, garlic, zesty lemon juice and rind, fresh herbs, and creamy butter in a bowl, gently stirring until mixed.
  • Spoon a generous teaspoon of the butter mixture onto the center of each mushroom, seasoning with a light sprinkle of salt and pepper.
  • Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
  • Serve right away, topped with a flavorful drizzle of pan juices.
