Crispy oven-roasted red potatoes with a perfect golden crust, seasoned with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Ingredients:
  • 3 pounds small red new potatoes, halved
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Collect all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and place the oven rack at the lowest position.
  • Coat potatoes evenly in oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Place them cut-side down on a rimmed cookie sheet or jellyroll pan.
  • Roast potatoes in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes until they are tender and golden brown. Then, place them in a serving dish.
  • Garnish as desired and savor your creation!
