Rosemary Parmesan roasted potatoes – a simple, savory side dish perfect for any meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 pounds new potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 425 degrees F (220 degrees C), then elegantly line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Combine potatoes, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and rosemary. Season generously with salt and pepper, then evenly spread the potato mixture on the baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Stir potatoes and bake for an additional 20 minutes until golden brown and tender.
